Golden Button Squash seeds  ~ 20 seeds

Cute as a button! Button quash, pattypan squash, scallopini, what ever you call them these unusual shaped little gems add something different to the dinner table.

Like their cousin the zucchini, they are prolific producers and are at their best  when picked small (30 to 70 mm across). 

Very versatile in the kitchen, can be eaten raw, steamed, grilled, baked, roasted or sautéed.
