Romanesco (also known as Roman Cauliflower) is best known for its beautiful and amazing example of a natural Fibonacci pattern.
A sixteenth century Italian broccoli grown for its excellent flavour, lime green colour and tender texture.
To retain its uniqueness eat fresh or lightly cooked in salads or as snacks.
Alternatively, cook and use in place of broccoli or cauliflower.
